STRATEGIC INTELLIGENCE ANALYTICS

The future of your business is influenced by many factors. Some of these remain in the dark, often referred to as “dark horses”, “black swans” and/or “grey rhinos”. That does not mean, you can’t see them coming and more important that you can’t do anything about it.

Tailored alerts and visual data representations help pinpoint critical issues and opportunities, facilitating strategic planning and execution. By utilizing this practical analytics tool, your company can actively navigate market dynamics, fostering growth and resilience against unanticipated challenges. Use your strategic outputs and capitalize on changes as they unfold.

Bravinci has developed an Intelligence framework based on Rodenberg Tillman & Associates, 40 years of experience, supported by business intelligence and AI, so now you too can answer these questions:

  • Wat are my competitors doing, what is their USP, how satisfied are their clients?
  • Who are my potential clients? What do they value, what do they need?
  • Are my clients satisfied with, or even a promotor of my services?
  • What socio-economic, political of technological development will we face?

But even more important, what to do about it?

Our service will provide:

Competitive landscape analysis is a crucial strategic tool for any business looking to stay ahead. It allows you to identify not just who your competitors are, but also their position in the market, their strengths, and their weaknesses.

We offer a detailed study of market dynamics, using approaches like SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, and PEST (Political, Economic, Social, Technological) Analysis, to form a complete picture of where your competitors stand and the current market trends.

Strong emphasis is placed on understanding competitors’ strategies in marketing, pricing, and products, which ensures you’re not only keeping up but setting the pace. This ongoing process equips you with the knowledge to make better decisions, spot market gaps, and identify potential threats and opportunities.

Adopting a consistent approach to review and update your competitive analysis will help maintain your advantages over time and adapt to market changes effectively. Embrace competitive landscape analysis to refine your strategic planning, innovate successfully, and enhance your overall market position.

Our 4-step program:

Step 1: Education
Step 2: Identification
Step 3: monitoring risks&threats
Step 4: Monitoring (counter) measures

Education: just to ensure we are all on the same page, we offer:

  1. masterclass in Strategic Intelligence,
  2.  CXO boardroom session tuned to your specific situations and
  3. e-learning experiences.

Identification: this 2-step workshop will be

  1. focused on identifying which questions needs answering (KIT’s – key intelligence topics) , after which we will do research on all KIT’s and
  2. present our research, discuss the results (swans and rhinos) and determine countermeasures.

Continuous monitoring risks & threats: after our one-off analysis, a very valuable step is installing a “war room” where your strategy, your roadmap including all opportunities, threats and risks can be visualized. It will continuously be updated and the perfect setting to strategy meetings. Having a visual perspective on your Threat landscape is great and it will enable you to decide on effective measures.

Continuous monitoring (counter) measures: Monitoring the effect on your KPI’s (both internal and external) will enable you to quickly adapt, but only if it is visualized against your goals. It will require an KPI monitoring system and smart dashboarding. Our solutions allow to connect to existing IT systems and re-use what’s already there.
